HOA AND METRO DISTRICT STATEMENTS

Each homeowner should have received two statements.  One statement is for the Tally's Reach Master Association for $228.00 paid Annually and the other statement is for the Tallyn's Reach Metropolitan Districts Nos. 1-3 for $186.00 and that is paid quarterly.  If you signed up for ACH, that will be taken out of your account on 1.21.10 or 1.22.10.  If you would like to pay online please click on the link below and use the account number and password provided on each statement. 

  ONLINE PAYMENTS

Please click on the following link HCM/resident to pay your dues online. The account numbers and passwords are provided on the payment statements.  Please keep in mind that you will have a separate account number and password for the HOA and Metro District.  Once on the website go to the "e-payment" tab to sign up for ACH, pay with a check online or due a onetime payment with a credit card.  If you're paying using a credit card, the company ID for HCM is 0136.  Please call our office if you experience any problems using the online system.

Street Lights are maintained by Xcel Energy. You may report a street light outage online at http://www1.xcelenergy.com/ODL/OUTAGEREPORT/ you will need to provide the Closest Address, Nearest Cross Street and the Tag numbers/letters on the light pole. Each light pole will have large numbers or letters directly on the pole for easy identification.
